InstaForex business events in Singapore

As it happened: InstaForex business events in Singapore

Singapore has once again become a hot spot for financial trading uniting leading analysts, theorists and practitioners of modern forex industry. August 15-17, 2014 Singapore hosted a series of large-scale events held by InstaForex in conference halls of stunning hotels – Marina Bay Sands and PARKROYAL on Beach Road.

Especially for partners of InstaForex, there were seminars on management of the affiliate business, where participants could share useful information and secrets of successful brand promotion and customer attraction. The seminars’ topics included marketing tools and strategies, enhancement of cooperation, customer service, and legal aspects of forex brokering.

Experienced staff of InstaForex Development Department introduced business seminar participants to the new bonuses of the company, their application in the affiliate activity as well as to the features of cooperation in developing branch offices.

Moreover, the broker held several prize draws as part of the events’ program. The luckiest participants won Apple, Sony, Samsung, and Blackberry devices.

After the seminars, everyone could talk to each other during informal meetings that took place in luxury restaurants of the hosting hotels. Partners had a great chance to spend time with their colleagues from different Asian regions and the company’s home office representatives.

These business events are arranged in Singapore on a regular basis, thus proving the leading positions of InstaForex on the forex brokerage market. Stability and credibility of the broker has been annually confirmed by positive feedback of the events’ visitors as well as by the high status of the company in Asia and worldwide.

You can view photo and video reports on the page of the company’s official website.

Sincerely,

Best Forex Brokers:Forex Wave analysis and forecast of 26.09 – 03.10.2014

EUR/USD Wave analysis and forecast of 26.09 – 03.10: European currency is under pressure. Downtrend continues.

Estimated pivot point is at the level of 1.29.

Our opinion: Sell the pair from correction below the level of 1.29 with the target of 1.2650 – 1.2620.

Alternative scenario: Breakout and consolidation above of the level of 1.29 will enable the price to continue growth to the levels of 1.31 – 1.3150, as part of the senior level correction.

Analysis: The formation of the downward impetus in the third wave iii is nearing correction. Locally, final fifth wave (v) of iii is being formed, within which the third wave of the junior level iii of (v) has completed and the correction as the wave iv of (v) is being formed. If this assumption is correct, after the completion of the local correction it makes sense to expect another surge of decline to the levels of 1.2650 – 1.2620 in the small fifth wave. Critical level for this scenario is 1.2900. Breakdown of this level will confirm the beginning of the “bullish” correction as the fourth wave of the senior level.

GBP/USD Wave analysis and forecast of 26.09 – 03.10: The pair is likely to decline.

Estimated pivot point is at the level of 1.6415.

Our opinion: Sell the pair from correction below the level of 1.6415 with the target of 1.60 – 1.59.

Alternative scenario: Breakout and consolidation above the level of 1.6415 will allow the price continue the rise up to the levels of 1.65 – 1.6550.

Analysis: Presumably, the formation of the downward impetus in the first wave of the deep medium-term correction continues. At the moment it is likely that the pair will continue to decline in the fifth wave of the developing “bearish” impetus. Locally, it seems that a small local correction as the wave (ii) of v has completed. If this assumption is correct, the pair will continue to decline to the level of 1.60 in the third wave (iii) of v. Critical level for this scenario is 1.6415.

GBPUSD H4

USD/CHF Wave analysis and forecast of 26.09 – 03.10: Uptrend continues. The pair is likely to grow.

Estimated pivot point is at the level of 0.9413.

Our opinion: Buy the pair from the correction above the level of 0.9413 with the target of 0.9550 – 0.96.

Alternative scenario: Breakout and consolidation below of the level of 0.9413 will make the pair continue to decline to the levels of 0.9350 – 0.93.

Analysis: Presumably, the formation of the ascending momentum in the third wave of the senior level continues. Locally, “bullish” impetus in the wave iii of 3 is nearing completion, within which the fifth final wave (v) of iii is being formed. If this assumption is correct, and the price does not break down the critical level of 0.9413, the pair will continue to rise up to the levels of 0.9550 – 0.96.
USDCHF H1

USDCHF H4

USDCHF D1

USD/JPY Wave analysis and forecast of 26.09 – 03.10: Uptrend dominates.

Estimated pivot point is at the level of 108.40.

Our opinion: Buy the pair from correction above the level of 108.40 with the target of 110.00 – 111.00.

Alternative scenario: Breakout and consolidation of the price below the level of 108.40 will enable the pair to continue the decline to the levels of 107.50 – 107.00 as part of correction.

Analysis: Presumably, the formation of the fifth wave of the “bullish” impetus continues on the weekly timeframe. Locally it seems that the extension in the third wave 3 of (5) is being formed, within which the final fifth wave v of 3 is likely to be formed. If this assumption is correct and the price does not break down the critical level of 108.40, it makes sense to expect continuation of the growth up to the levels of 110.00 – 111.00.
USDJPY H1

USDJPY H4

USD/СAD Wave analysis and forecast of 26.09 – 03.10: Uptrend continues. The pair is likely to rise.

Estimated pivot point is at the level of 1.1050.

Our opinion: Buy the pair from the correction above the level of 1.1050 with the target of 1.12.

Alternative scenario: Breakout and consolidation of the price below the level of 1.1050 will enable the pair to continue the decline to the levels of 1.10 – 1.0950.

Analysis: Presumably, the formation of the third wave iii of the senior level continues. In this wave the third wave of the junior level (iii) of iii is being formed. Locally the small correction ii of (iii) has completed and the wave iii of (iii) seems to start developing. If this assumption is correct and the price does not break down the critical level of 1.1050, the pair will continue to rise up to the levels of 1.12 – 1.13.

10 Things To consider Before Selecting An Online Broker

10 Things To consider Before Selecting An Online Broker

One of the most important investment decisions you'll make has nothing to do with forex, bonds or mutual funds. This crucial decision is picking a broker. There are dozens of companies offering brokerage services on the internet. How do you decide which one is best for you?

Here are 10 critical factors you'll want to consider:

1. Discount is not always the answer- Consider starting out with a full-service broker. They are often best for novice investors who may still need to build confidence and knowledge of the markets. As you become a more sophisticated investor, you can graduate into investing more of your money yourself.

2. Availability - Try hitting the company's website at different times throughout the day, especially during peak trading hours. Watch how fast their site loads and check some of the links to ensure there are no technical difficulties.

3. Alternatives - Although we all love the net, we can't always be at our computers. Check to see what other options the firm offers for placing trades. Other alternatives may include touch-tone telephone trades, faxing ordering, or doing it the low-tech way - talking to a broker over the phone. Word to the wise: make sure you take note of the prices for these alternatives; they will often be more expensive than an online trade.

4. Research the broker - What are others saying about the brokerage? Just as you should do your research before buying a forex, you should find out as much as possible about your broker. Gomez.com is a great place to find unbiased evaluations.

5. Price - Remember the saying you get what you pay for. As with anything you buy, the price may be indicative of the quality. Don't open an account with a broker simply because they offer the lowest commission cost. Advertised rates for companies vary between zero and $40 per trade, with the average around $20. There may be fine print in the ad, specifying which services the advertised rate will actually entitle you to. In most cases there will be higher fees for limit orders, options and those trades over the phone with your broker. You might find that the advertised commission rate may not apply to the type of trade you want to execute.

6. Minimum Deposit - See how much of an initial deposit the firm requires for opening your account. Beware of high minimum balances: some companies require as much as $10,000 to start. This might be fine for some investors, but not others.

7. Product Selection - When choosing a brokerage, most people are probably thinking primarily about buying forex. Remember there are also many investment alternatives that aren't necessarily offered by every company. This includes CDs, municipal bonds, futures, options and even gold/silver certificates. Many brokerages also offer other financial services, such as checking accounts and credit cards.

8. Customer Service - There is nothing more exasperating than sitting on hold for 20 minutes waiting to get help. Before you open an account, call the company's help desk with a fake question to test how long it takes to get a response.

9. Return on Cash - You are likely to always have some cash in your brokerage account. Some brokerages will offer 3-5% interest on this money, while others won't offer you a thing. Phone or email the brokerage to find out what they offer. In fact, this is a good question to ask while you're testing their customer service!

10. Extras - Be on the lookout for extra goodies offered by brokerages to people thinking of opening an account. Don't base your decision entirely on the $100 in free trades, but do keep this in mind.

With a click of the mouse, from just about anywhere in the world, you can buy and sell forex using an Best online broker. The right tools for the trade are key to every successful venture. Finding success in the market begins with choosing the right broker.

If you are still looking for the best forex brokers online, now you can find the top forex brokers right now.

Start Investing With Only $1,000

So you have a $1,000 set aside, and you're ready to enter the world of forex investing. But before you jump head first into the world of forex and bonds, there are a few things you need to consider. One of the biggest considerations for investors with a minimal amount of funds is not only what to invest in but also how to go about investing. Not long into your investment journey you may find yourself bombarded with minimum deposit restrictions, commissions and the need for diversification, among a myriad of other considerations. In this article, we'll walk you through getting started as an investor and show you how to maximize your returns by minimizing your costs.
What are the account minimums?
To the inexperienced investor, investing may seem simple enough - all you need to do is go to a brokerage firm and open up an account, right? What you may not know, however, is that all financial institutions have minimum deposit requirements. In other words, they won't accept your account application unless you deposit a certain amount of money. With a sum as small as $1,000, some firms won't allow you to open an account.
forex
forex brokers come in two flavors: full-service and discount. As the name implies, a full-service broker provides much more in the way of service, but it only deals with higher net worth clients. It's not unusual to see minimum account sizes of $50,000 and up at full-service brokerages.
This leaves the $1,000-investor with the option of a discount broker. Discount brokers have considerably lower fees, but don't expect much in the way of hand-holding. Fees are low because you are in charge of all investment decisions – you can't call up and ask for investment advice. With $1,000, you are right on the cusp in terms of the minimum deposit. There will be some discount brokers that will take you and others that won't. You'll have to shop around.
You also could purchase shares directly from a company through direct forex purchase plans (DSPPs). But some of these plans have a minimum investment amount restriction, which ranges between $100 and $500.
With the advent of online trading, there are a number of discount brokers with no (or very low) minimum deposit restrictions. One of the most popular online trading sites is ShareBuilder. You will, however, be faced with other restrictions and see higher fees for certain types of trades. This is something an investor with a $1,000 starting balance should take into account if he or she wants to invest in forex.
Mutual Funds and Bonds
If mutual funds or bonds are investments you would like to make, it is simpler in terms of minimum deposit amounts. Both of these can be purchased through brokerage firms, where similar deposit rules apply as forex. Mutual funds also can be purchased through your local bank, often for less than $1,000 when you have an existing relationship with the bank.
If you want to purchase government bonds, this can be done straight from the government through TreasuryDirect. The only restriction here is the minimum purchase amount of a bond, which can range from $100 to $1,000.
Learn the Costs of Investing
Commissions
Before you open an investment account, you must also consider the costs that you will incur from purchasing investments once the account is open. In most cases, every time you purchase an investment, it will cost you money (through commissions). With a limited amount of funds, these transaction fees can really put a dent on your $1,000.
Investing in forex can be very costly if you trade constantly, especially with a minimum amount of money available to invest. Every time that you trade forex, either buying or selling, you will incur a trading fee. Trading fees range from the low end of $10 per trade, but can be as high as $30 for some discount brokers. Remember, a trade is an order to purchase shares in one company - if you want to purchase five different forex at the same time, this is seen as five separate trades and you will be charged for each one.
Now, imagine that you decide to buy the forex of those five companies with your $1,000. To do this you will incur $50 in trading costs, which is equivalent to 5% of your $1,000. If you were to fully invest the $1,000, your account would be reduced to $950 after trading costs. This represents a 5% loss, before you investments even have a chance to earn a cent!
If you were to sell these five forex, you would once again incur the costs of the trades, which would be another $50. To make the round trip (buying and selling) on these five forex it would cost you $100, or 10% of your initial deposit amount of $1,000. If your investments don't earn enough to cover this, you have lost money by just entering and exiting positions.
Mutual Fund Fees
There are many fees an investor will incur when investing in mutual funds. One of the most important fees to focus on is the management expense ratio (MER), which is charged by the management team each year based on the amount of assets in the fund. The higher the MER, the worse it is for the fund's investors. It doesn't end there: you'll also see a number of sales charges called "loads" when you buy mutual funds.
In terms of the beginning investor, the mutual fund fees are actually an advantage relative to the commissions on forex. The reason for this is that the fees are the same regardless of the amount you invest. So, as long as you have the minimum requirement to open an account, you can invest as little as $50 or $100 per month in a mutual fund. The term for this is called dollar cost averaging (DCA), and it can be a great way to start investing.
Reduce risk with Diversification
Diversification is considered to be the only free lunch in investing. (If you are new to this concept, check out Introduction To Diversification, The Importance Of Diversification and A Guide To Portfolio Construction.) In a nutshell, by investing in a range of assets, you reduce the risk of one investment's performance severely hurting the return of your overall investment. You could think of it as financial jargon for "don't put all of your eggs in one basket".
In terms of diversification, the greatest amount of difficulty in doing this will come from investments in forex. This was illustrated in the commissions section of the article, where we discussed how the costs of investing in a large number of forex can be detrimental to the portfolio. With a $1,000 deposit, it is nearly impossible to have a well-diversified portfolio, so be aware that you may need to invest in one or two companies (at the most) to begin with. This will increase your risk.
This is where the major benefit of mutual funds comes into focus. Mutual funds tend to have a large number of forex and other investments within the fund, which makes the fund more diversified than a single forex.
A Small Step Toward a Large Future
It is possible to invest if you are just starting out with a small amount of money. It's more complicated than just selecting the right investment (a feat that is difficult enough in itself) and you have to be aware of the restrictions that you face as a new investor.
You'll have to do your homework to find the minimum deposit requirements and then compare the commissions to other brokers. Chances are you won't be able to cost-effectively buy individual forex and still be diversified with a small amount of money. Given these restrictions, it's probably worth starting out on your investment journey with mutual funds. However, like all aspects of investing, it's up to you to do the research and figure out the strategy that suits you best.
